Lenses or glasses??

my eyes are not as good anymore and I need to go to eye-doctor (dunno the real english word)
WHAT DO I CHOOSE?
lenses (don't look stupid)
OR
glasses (easy to take off)

UPDATE: today, 13-7-11: Today i went to ma eye-doctor thingy. My eyes got measured and I have -2 and -1.75
BUT GOOD NEWS! I CAN GET LENSES + GLASSES

glasses trust me lenses can snap in your eye and take your eye out and it dont make you look stupid if you think they do get some designer classes / my sisters eye nealy popped out after taking here contact lenses out once

But a lot of people must have glasses for at least a year before they have the option to get lenses.

I use both.
Started with lenses tho. But you need glasses anyway because it's really not good to wear the lenses all day long, or maybe you lose one in school or whatever.

So I'd say glasses only or lenses-glasses combi

yh but they still snap sometimes and if your over 16 you have to pay for your glasses but if your under 16 there free except for the desinger ones ..
