Dr.pepper outfits does'nt work?

Hi all,
I have bought a dr pepper promotion code.
The code works but i can't choose only wallpapers but no outfits?
Is this a bug, come the outfits back or what?

sir, i am sorry to inform you that the doctor pepper code give away is over, the only thing you can get as of now is the alpiner sets.

Sorry, I wish they would bring them back for a little more too
