Signature!

I made a new signature which i saved in my pc (I made it with picnik) and I dont know how to post it as my signature. Can anyone help?
P.S. I dont have an URL for it.

go on imageshack then when you hawe uploaded it u go to "users cp" change signature.

It worked but the image wouldnt show, at least at my computer (look at my singature)
