Happened to my nat soldier b4, wasn't able to see his stats for a week ... I haven't played him in a while either ... just see if you can still play with him in-game, if you can then there is no real issue.

Ok guys thanks ub2old i have found out on live chat revol the account my hero is on that account is banned and that they know he did something so they are trying to resolve it thanks guys

You know - Revol was my old account... Got banned couse I reported a glitch that was making my game unplayable - I wasn`t able to earn or refresh hero points in-order to change abilities...thats sad... and when I got banned I notice that I had an extra hero which was really confusing so I have abselutly nothing of stealing, hacking or anything to do with your hero!
Oh and the thing you said that they know that I had done something wrong - well as I told you earlyer that glitch was making my game unplayable so I had to contact EA Live Chat several times because they kept ignoring my e-mails...Thats how I got banned. Once again I have nothing to do with your hero so don`t blame me - my account which I had spend around 260-270 dollars is gone too. I`ll be glad if you try to contact me and maybe we can write a professional looking letter to Ben Cousins or someone other from EA...
