Your mugshot.png is NOT in your cache folder, look at the OP for your answers

Those require taking a screen shot in-game and then editing that image manually.

Your not understanding us.cache is ALL thats in the bfheroes folder ive searched=nothing=ran thru over and over=nothing=looked up a guide on my files=nothing

The cache file is in the your documents folder ... That's NOT where the mugshot is.

You're NOT looking in the correct folder, please look at the folder listings in the OP please

You're not looking in the folder stated in the OP
Look into the folder listed, there you will find your mugshot
