If you entered into the Battlefield Heroes REDEEM page, then you have expended the code in the incorrect place. The code must be redeemed at the Doctor Pepper Website, where you need to make an account and link it to your Electronic Arts account, so it will attach to your hero.

If you DID go to the Doctor Pepper site, and it doesn't work, then there could be a different issue.

The promotion is for the United states, so the info you enter must be a recognized American address. Any other address will disqualify the account. Also, by attempting to enter it into the BFH site, (in the past) it spent the code, so going to the DP site to redeem may prove fruitless.

But i cant find any new code.
