Yes & No. The rewards are Dr Pepper codes. Dr Pepper codes reward you with whatever prizes they are handing out at the time. People can save those codes to use for later when these sets come out. Although for now the sets aren't out yet.

Dude that's it? C'mon that's only like 4-5 pieces. Even the last set had 6+ pieces. And the royals don't even get any accessories, except for some lame canteen. Well I can't argue too much as they are free, but they can at least put as much effort in as they did to the Cliffhanger/Alpiner.

Yea, the previous sets, seem to have had more detail and effort in them. These ones have quite a few recoloured clothing. Which is usually found in the normal BF store D:
