I hope you realize that if the regular Tier 1 SR MG is OP then the Uber version is also OP by default because it is a slightly buffed version. The only difference between the two is the critical hit chance, in all other regards their stats are identical. It is technically impossible for the Tier 1 version of any weapon to be OP and not have the Uber version also be OP.

No matter how you slice it if your problem is the base damage then it means both Tier 1 and Uber variants need a nerf because those stats are the same (same deal for accuracy and ROF). If the Tier 1 crit chance is too high then logically it should mean both need a nerf because the higher crit chance of Ubers should make the problem for you even worse, not less.

Honestly I'd say that if you are getting owned by people using the Tier 1 they are probably just more skilled and odds are they would still own you if they used the Uber SR MG instead. Unless you want to claim that all Tier 1 SR MG users are hackers the only logical explanation is that most of the Tier 1 SR MG users you fight are more skilled than you because that is the only way to explain why you get owned by the Tier 1 SR MG but not the Uber SR MG.

In your signature I see you don't even have 5/5 Frenzy Fire, you have 0/5. So dont be suprised when you are losing against other gunners Rolleyes
