bag is a "bug", it arrived out of "nowhere" on an update (OP made a thread) and possibilities are he also lost something, his account is being checked out to sort it, just in case he don't stumble uppon something and start losing things or something like that

Well i must be extremely lucky then. I got the Bot mask and Bad boy cap in my first 10 tries, Bot mask was my first drop <3
