Hello Heroes,
Following this Alert If you have lost your unlimited duration weapons after the update please let us know in this thread. Please let us know in this format, to help us gather information as fast as we can to fix this issue. Faction: Class: Weapon Lost: Updated 17:30 CET 2010/02/18 Hi Everyone, If you are still missing wepaons that you owned before the update yestersday please contact Billing Support with your issue. Billing Support will be able to check your account to ensure that you previously owned the item and to ensure that it is added to the correct hero. When contacting billing support make sure to provide a thorough and detailed description of the issue, including the exact name of the item you are missing, a link to the hero that previously had the item and the date you purchased the item (Screenshots of your purchase history are helpful) |
