I think this alpiner outfits are not fair! US people get them for like 1.5 dollars?!?! What is with my country (Croatia) and rest of Europe too?!? I can bet my country never get somethin like this. And I could bet Croatia never get SMS payment eather. Only cause there is not like 20 million people in our contry you wont put something to us here(there is 4.5 million Croats). So I think that is just not fair and EA and DICE should think about they reputation. Angry

Exactly what I have been trying to say.
I live in the United Kingdom (England to be exact) and we do not get these codes even though almost every person I know in my school drinks Dr.Pepper!

EA is Biased. + DICE + Dr.Pepper

Easy man... You will get your code too. There will be a lot of these codes. Promotion lasts all year and there will be a lot of american people who will give their spare codes to other people.

i'm living in germany's capital berlin and i have never ever heard of dr.pepper :x
and i don't think that it's available here ... Confused

maybe in some food restaurants like McD or BK... but then there are no codes on the cups

OK!!! EVERYONE ALREADY KNOWS THAT NO ONE BESIDES AMERICANS CAN GET THE DR. PEPPERS WITH THE CODES!!! Read a little bit first....geeeez!!!! There will be many chances to get your hands on these codes because the promotion last ALL year and many people will be giving ALOT of codes away in these forums.

Because it is a REGIONAL thing. There have been other regional things that the US didn't get (TT and RR sets). And I'm sure that there will be other REGIONAL promotions in different REGIONS. They had to give the biggest REGIONS the first promotions because, well, obviously there are way many more people than in your REGION.

You guys do know running a global promotion cost A LOT of money? From promoting it and you have to think how many people in that country will actually buy the product due to the promotion. Unless your country has a fanbase big enough. It will not be profitable to do it.

And please do not criticize other countries because you do not like them.

Edit:Also, i would like to point out that for a country to have sms option to buy battlefunds, EA/DICE would need to sign a deal with the mobile carriers. Terms like how much it will cost for the service and how long the contact will run. This is why you pay more when you buy battlefunds with sms rather then using a card. Some of the extra you pay is for the service provider. If you set up a sms service in a country with little players, it will not profit.

A quick explanation - DR Pepper divide up their marketing and distribution by countries, and the US Dr Pepper team worked with several EA games to create this deal for the US only.

We had no input into which countries have the offer, and I don't know why Dr Pepper decided to make this US-only.

If it was down to us (EA, the Heroes team) it would be worldwide promotion.

Hope you guys outside of the US find a way to get these items.
