i can't create a new hero!!!

today i bought a new hero slot (i can see it from the item history and because my funds are decreased), but when i press on the "create a new hero" button it says that i need to buy more hero slots.
so i tryed to buy another hero slot but i can't complete the operation because the page don't load and all i can see is only a blank page (my connection works great).
(p.s.: i have a shared team hero because of a past bug, i don't know if it's the problem...)

Yah, dude tell the EA developers about it. Maybe they can help. Other than that I dunno what you should do.

y i've sent a letter to the billing support and 1 to vitalbullet hoping that they can help me soon...

Weird, when i go to ur player link, I see a hero called MaxCarnage or something, Is that the hero name u wanted?

nope that's the shared team hero... i can't start the operation to create a new hero now
