Totally DISAGREE with some rules
Mando limit : Man do you know the panzerhunter 39 and Mk1 Bad Boy ? Commando are not Underpowered face to a jeep, it's really easy to aim a jeep with this one
Same thing for gunner limit... WHY ?
And other thing, you said if you leave the jeep you die... DISAGREE, there is a widget which spawn you a jeep... I think when you leave the jeep you have 6 or 7 seconds to find other jeep or use the widget

1. You missed the edit on the mando limit.
2. With the gunner limit, its just that soldiers would be best at this, gunners can still join.
3. You missed the edit on the "when you leave the jeep thing".

Please go back over this, I edited it.

There are many times where a driver runs into a car with ramming jeep to destroy it. Maybe gets points every 5 minutes he doesn't crash.

I think however you should not spawn in jeeps rather have a ten second timer to get back to your jeep or you die. It'd be hard to implement seeing as a lot of people tend to play solo. Perhaps add a weakish minigun (like the one on Borderlands vehicles) on the front of the jeep that do 3's and 4's to other jeeps and infantry.

The "you spawn in jeeps" thing was so people with the jeep widgets would drive and so it would be more fair who could drive. Minigun is a nice idea, I hadn't thought of that.
