i have given out over 5 DP codes and $40 worth of EA cards but dont care much for this "badge" ... its not gonna help my new contests be any more successful xD

Is it legal to make a contest that has a 20$ EA cash card? Because I'm thinking of making a awesome contest where the winner wins a 20$ EA card and 2nd and 3rd gets dr.p codes
Just wanted to know if I could do that. |

Are there any regulations or restrictions as to what the contest(s) must include? I was thinking of starting up an art contest... That is to say, I would be making the art, and the top few people who have the most creative ideas for a custom signature would be awarded such.
