What is this?
Simply, it's a group for all of us who love to create artwork, whether it's signatures, videos or hand drawn art.

What's the point?
Well, it's nice to have a group for the creative guys here to create a small community in the big BFH community, a community of artists. Another good thing will be the Group Wall, a simple chat room which will be excellent for media talk.
Also, it will be a great place for sharing artwork. It's always nice to show one's art to people who appreciate it. Useful links might appear in the description (you can also suggest links yourself) so that everyone can use them, keep your eyes open.
Possibly, we could also arrange an event some time, for the members of the group. Then the planning of the event will be a lot more smooth if everything can be discussed in a chat room.

Other features:
For those who don't know that much about groups. There is also a Leadersboard in the group, which will rank all the heroes of the players in the group; a best of artists' leadersboard

What is needed:

• A good reputation here on the forums (=no spam, trolling, etc)
• You consider yourself an artist
• You're considered an artist by others (It doesn't matter if not everyone likes your work, just that you tried your best to create something really nice!)
• It isn't your first day here (and not the second either... ), you've been here in Media before.
• Visibility. As members are chosen via voting on the group wall, being visible and active is important for those that want to join the group.
  

How are members chosen?
Every now and then I post a message on the wall with all the current requests.
Out of these requests, group members choose (collectively) a few new members that they think meet the criteria of the group, the other requests are then deleted, and the new members are all notified by a personal message that they have won the 'Media Group Election'

Do we ban bad guys?
Real villains would have to leave, yes. So far, though, no members have been kicked out of the group. Hopefully it will remain that way.

• Don't spam the Group Wall, even when your question seems urgent.
• If you can't abide by the rules, you might get kicked, so be careful

@Everyone
The group system is currently not perfect. This means e.g. that there is no way to know if someone's posted anything on the group wall, except for going there. Be sure to check out the wall every now and then. Somebody may need help in rating a sig or a video.
Or then great suggestions for group events like car blasting or some fun video event may appear

Video-guys will be let in too, right? Even tho they're not artists.. because it's still media-related

But I don't agree with you that video guys aren't artists. They're just as much artists as anyone else
