bio:he started off as a combat pilot,then advanced to mastery of most flying machines (he could pilot a war zeppelin anytime),unfortunetly a chemical weapons scheme by the royals hit his plane (a special kind designed by him),he used to be called heavyweapons16 but then changed it to shocker,he was forced to wear a mask to hide his burnt scarred mouth,ever since he's remained a wandering national,banned from flying since then he swore revenge to the royal who fired it at him.
