How can I create my first hero? When I click on the create a hero icon it goes to a page that has nothing in it.

well i know what is happening i have a hero named EdvinEddy and i wanted to create a new hero so i click the create a hero icon and it says you can only create 3 more heros or something like that and the page is blank dont worry this is not only in us (united states) i live in norway it is some problem for the moment it will probably go over soon

Same problem here. There is no way to create a new character. Can anyone tell what is going on?
