Go to http://www.evenbalance.com and download the punkbuster client. After that you press the game you want to update thats in this way bfh. After that you press check for updates and it starts updating if u need it. After that its updated u wont have punkbuster problems.

lol... u think ppl haven't tried that? ive uninstalled bfh / punbkbuster / did a malware scan then reinstalled .... updated pb and still get the error.

ive done windows updates...

u name it... im pretty sure ive done it and still get the same damn error.

ok this is not real most admins are noobs, blah blah blah spam spam spam if anyone reports me ila hard shell taco.

I can't find it, I only see pbsetup.exe

hey it didnt work on me...ive delete the pnkbster.exe...and after that iwas joining the game and then ..it kick me again....im using window 7 ultimate..

Searching for help...

My BFH worked till today without errors, but now the punkbuster kick me from servers in 30 seconds.

I stopped the process of PunkbusterA in the Task-Manager, but I didn't find PunkbusterB.

Many questions were not answered, but I hope someone helps me, because I've spent a lot of money for BFH and now can't play it.

Maybe there's a god in the sky. I hope so.

P.S: I use Windows 7

Hello I'm from Brazil I wonder how that I turn off punkbuster because when I enter the game error 22 if someone knows please speak to and learn!

I am so bored without bfh. Punkbuster always ruins my game, so i cant play. I want to get the pc version of Need For Speed: Most Wanted so i can play with mods. Theres nothing fun to do anymore

a look people i think i figured it out turn ur computer off completely off then try it see if it works right back if it works

how do you stop the automatic starting? give me the awnser please because i have the same problem

battlefield heroes personel don't you see that punkbuster is realy ******* around just get a rely on the people form battlefield heroes to report them (and sorry for the bad english i'm dutch you know)

i have dealt with the problem just un install the punkbuster in bfh folder>pb>pbsvc_heroes(with some pc's will stand pbsvc_heroes.exe but ok) and you can play

now i can even get into a match and punkbuster stills kicks me out

i suggest those that are getting kicked to play in windowed mode....

it helped me but i still get the error 3 internet connection problem

i always play window mode with super low graphic
i live in ontario maybe thats y i disconnect or get kicked out there are no servers near me

i had the same problem with bfbc2 too
today i unistalled bfh, downloaded it again and it worked normally for some hours. but now ive got the same problem again
i cant understand why ea is using the most messed up up program worldwide to "protect" there games. and why cant they do anything against it???
im so angry, id like to shoot the developers of the ***** punkbuster. this program is so god dammit bad!!!
