Hello,
To start off with, I can run BFH almost perfect. Before it was really laggy, very hard to play.
The only problem I get now is 5 sec lag spikes which happen not too often, and connection to the server was lost which I also get for playing the game for too long (not as often as well). I sometimes get PB kicks, but it only happened once or twice so far. Also lag only comes a bit at the beginning of the game. ( It stops afterwards )
I set everything as low as it can possibly go(Resolution 800x600 Default). I put No for Allow telemetry. Before I start the game, I open up task bar and end unwanted processes running that take out Mem Usage (Becareful of what you end).
Any inactive icons, I dont use that I close them out if i can (Bottom right corner of your screen). I close out everything(Such as your browser), after the updater pops up.
I hope what I did could have helped you in some way. But Be careful I don't want to be held responsible for the bad things that you may have caused as a mistake.
Optional:
Increase the Performance of your PC (Worked Great)

I changed the settings for my Nvida and put only performance. And also for my computer settings. So it looks somewhat old, but works well.
