in 2months i am going to begin working on building a gaming PC from scratch. i should have around 350$. my goal is to be able to play BFH on high quality with at least 130fps. is it a realistic goal?

You wont see a difference when it's at least +60fps. And yes easily, you get pc that runs Bf3 on medium with decent fps on that money.

Not 130(don't even know why would you need that) but something around 60 FPS,maybe.

Though i would recommend you dig up some of the older components.Oh and go for AMD's CPU's,they are cheaper and quite good for gaming Tongue

You can't get 130fps in heroes, it's limited at 100.
