Battlefield Heroes

Can anyone help me with the this problem:
When i click play now, it says that the game is loading and i can watch a trailer during the loading, so i waited about 15 minutes and the game didn't load. Has anyone faced the same problem or can anyone help me out?

I think you should run as administrator

If you have Vista or XP then you may need to download Microsoft .net Framework 3.5SP1

Restart your computer and try again.

If this does not work then it could be a couple of other things.
- Refresh rate is set to low. <-- (Set it at 60Hz or higher)
- Unsupported Graphics card. <-- (Your graphics card needs Pixel Shader 2.0 or higher to play)
- Old graphics or audio drivers. <-- (Update your drivers)
- Interfering background processes. <-- (Close all unnecessary background programs)
