I mean, when the Derpzooka came, it was a mission I wanted to do and I had fun doing it.
Even though I probably won't play with it much..it kinda was fun.

Point is, we need something that will make us spend time playing this game and make us want to come back. Cause personally I'm really tired of the old, boring gameplay so I'm really looking forward to see this.

The gameplay will most likely still be the same. Two teams against each other fighting for an objective. It's just that it now has an impact on a global level in terms of "territority"...aka, stats/rewards.

At the moment, when my team wins a round I'm like "yay. again." but with metagame I would be
"YAAAAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!!!! WE TOOK OVAH UK!!!!! IN YOUR FACE PRINCE WILLIAM!!! YAAAAAA!!!!!!!"

Although, if we get new weapons, abilities and such - the gameplay will change as well.

It should introduce a different mechanic. Like let's say the world contains 50 continents, every continent maybe being like 30+ servers. When you're viewing the world map, you can see the stats of each continent and how the war is proceeding. Then you can choose which continent you wish to fight for. Once you select one, you enter randomly into one of these 30 servers for that continent. Also while you're in one of the 'Meta Game servers', you won't appear in the Friends list and you can't bookmark the server. That way you wouldn't be able to impact it directly with premade teams, but still affect the fate of a continent with premade teams.

Excatly! That's what I am personally eagerly waiting for, because in my eyes that is the true meta game. Changes in the gameplay. The territory thing with stats/rewards is just a convenience thing IMO.

I would very much like a whole new class and new abilities for everyone. It is getting a bit repetitive.
