We would like to make you aware that during the weekend availability of the National Random FVA Bundle, there was an issue with the Alpiner's Hook item. The issue was that the item had only a 1 month duration, which this should have been a permanent duration.
If you purchased the National Random FVA between Friday 18th November and Monday 21st November then you are entitled to contact Customer Support.

- Find the sentence "Need more assistance to find a solution?" and click on the link (Alternatively click here)
- Choose Billing Support and then "I have another Billing Issue"
- Fill out the required fields by explaining your situation
- CS will get back to you with a shiny and permanent Alpiner's Hook item for your affected Heroes.
