Yes it should because mandos with stealth five don't do enough in game as it is, so they may as well be forced to play properly.

I'm cool with MT removing stealth, but it shouldn't remove stealth AND mark you.
Any thoughts about mandos ranking up? As its crap compared to other classes. And spareparts mission..

A)Who cares about ranking up.
B)The spare parts mission should be slightly adapted so that it is a bit easier for mandos.
Rank and spareparts mission are based on hits. Mandos make least hits. Hell i want to be someday gen c. At current system bfh will be shut down b4 that xD

Ok out of curiosity I worked out how long your nat mando would take to hit gen c, and I came out with another 1959.35 hours or ~81 days of playing It would take at the current rate you are going.
That is quite a lot of time for a seemingly meaningless achievement.
So yes some improvement like giving mandos some form of modified shotgun or something might be appropriate. I think ranks are one of the lowest priorities of easy, so you'll just have to hope for some improvement.
M21 sould probably be nerfed but too many users and fans

Make it only work on headshots and against tanks(anti tank rifle)
Not on planes, not on bodyshots. Good nerf for fast rifle and buff for planes. And top of it it rewards skilled shooters.

First of all it's a nice idea but I have a but here:
This change would affect a small community of Sniper Mando's and duck alot of them, because the range we have to be with a rifle for max damage is already very long.
Not many people can shoot headshots in succesion which would mean let's say average sniper shoots with the slow rifle one HS (75Dmg) with PS and two body (2x 50) shots for gunner kill that would make after this nerf you propose one HS (75Dmg) and three body shots (3x 25) for a gunner kill. This is alot of time for the gunner to disapear out of your visual (with help of leggit). As result you need to get closer to make aiming easier but it decreases your damage alot and That would mean even more hits to make and even more time to escape for your target(if the person in questions fails in making succesive headshots)
So for this change to work imo, The maximum range you have to be at for maximum damage should also decrease.
Range for max dmg on all rifles is fine imo. But it would certainly nerf fast rifle spammers
