I used a free program called SUPER, but the output gif is so sad...Bad graphic...
What can i use to do something better?
Photoshop obviously... Or well Imageready.
But that's expensive software of coure. Sorry, but I don't know free alternatives (Photoshop was the only thing i'll ever need).

last time that i used imageready for convert a video to a gif, my pc blocked...Zzz, maybe too much frames

I converted some short videos into gifs and it worked fine. Still there is the 256 color limit for gifs
I used an online converter from this website:
http://www.video2gif.net It is free, but has a timeout between operations.

I personnaly use After Effects then export as a Png sequence and create a gif with it using gif movie gear. I think it's the better way to convert some animation in gif.
