i have a International Student Identity Card SCHOLAR, will this work???, it's exactly not VISA card or MASTER card whatever things they are lol, so can i use it?

Head over to the EA site and edit your profile setting over there;D.
You've probably set wrong country details when creating your EA-account.
Change your country details in what they should be and the wallie payment option should show up.
