Gunners already have XP for sharing. It is called using Leg It with teammates....

Commandos get points for revealing enemy positions (mark target) and soldiers get points for healing people, why can't a gunner get a few points for shielding their teammates. (Don't think you should get points just for shielding only yourself though, that would be kind of lame)

Maybe, when u use: 'i need a medic', gunners will give u HS, do more teamplay, and don't go SOLO all the time. Just give them +10 XP for each shared Hero's Shield xD

Great idea to give a slight reward for sharing HS as it would encourage team play and that can only be a good thing. XP should be based on damage absorbed to prevent stat padding and make the XP bonus work like CM (you can't get XP from healing teammates who aren't wounded so it wouldn't be fair to have HS just award XP regardless of whether it absorbs any damage).

I don't think Leg it should get XP though because that is useful for more than combat (whereas HS/CM are only useful if you have a need for more hitpoints).
