Hello Heroes,

A few days ago it had come to our attention that some of you were receiving the incorrect codes for the Thor's Turbojet outfit in issue #211 and instead gained codes from issue #210. Due to working closely with PC Zone, we have now devised a method to correct this situation.

Please follow the following steps closely:
  1. Submit a ticket to CS at: Billing Support
  2. Choose the Billing Support option.
  3. Select "I have another billing issue".
  4. Enter the bad code you received from PC Zone.
  5. You should expect to receive an updated code from Customer Service within a few days.


NOTE: You MUST submit the original code you received from PC Zone. You will NOT get a new code unless you submit the code you originally received. This will be verified.

Ps. How about those that redeemed it already thinking it was the right code?

They said, the codes for the rocket outfit will come in the next issue, and only for two parts within 1 issue until december. this month only codes for 720BF.
Have i missed something?????

This is about PC Zone in the UK. The promotion has been running here for a few months now.

I'm just going to assume we don't redeem the code first.

Edit: sent in my request so fingers crossed that since I'm one of the first (I assume) that they get back asap

Should we try to redeem the code first? or can assume that all codes are dud?
Did you put the code on the subject and leave the rest blank? or did you name it something like "faulty voucher" and put the code code on the "more info" part along with an explanation?
Just want to know so we can all try to stick to the same format

I kept it simple

name was something like Bad PCZone code. The text was simple just stated that the code had not been redeemed and it was giving me the wrong items. I then added my code number as it is on the pack and finally gave them my name and E-mail.

I then got a confirmation mail from EA saying that its being looked at (it was an automated e-mail)

retrospectively if I had know that the mail goes to one giant EA department and not a small team at Dice (judging by the automated mail) I would have added Battle Field Heroes to the name but they should know what I mean when they see bad PCZone code
