How to receive Battlefield Heroes updates

If you like to:

• Receive emails with PROMOTIONAL CODES for FREE ITEMS

If you didn’t opt in before, you want to do it now, because you already missed out on these cool items:

2. Go to This Page
3. Enter your password and click continue.
   
4. Check the box next to "Contact me about Battlefield Heroes and other EA products."
   
5. Click on "Update details" and you are done. The next time we send our users an email with free stuff, you will be sure to be included!
   

2009/07/15 Update:
Looking at some of your feedback, I realise our communication about receiving free stuff and opting in to receive our mailings, wasn't 100% clear.
Not all the items listed above have been free giveaways in the past.

We merely want to make sure that when we do future mailings (which may or may not include free items), you receive it.

In the past we have seen some sad pandas, because in several of our mailings we did include promotional codes, i.e. free stuff, and anyone who hadn't opted in to receive those emails, missed out.

If there was some confusion on this topic, I sincerely apologise.

On a positive note: I do have confirmation that the next email we send out is pretty certain to include a new, free item. More information on that will be available very soon.

hmm I logged in at FF instead of Chrome and it was checked again and no error anymore

Hmmm I received the 200BFs gift and Beta metals but my check box wasn't checked. Just an FYI for those of you who don't think they need to check it off if they already received stuff.

Its a fail email, i got messeges like this --- Autogenerated message ---

I've always been opted in and only got the BF and medals. Go figure.

Phht, the first two items were only able to be bought from BF. I had to PAY for my monkey. They were never free.

I did check the box so I get updates to my mail, but now it`s unchecked and obviously I cant check it and update so I`m kinda stuck, any suggestions or help?
