Bought the dotd 2 times on the same character?

Hello, today was the dotd (svd + bag) for really cheap so i bought it, on my phone. the page wich says you confirmed that you purchased it didn't load so i reloaded the page and now it turns out i accidentally bought it for 2 times on the same character? Can i get my funds back or something, or what i have to do now?

You won't get anything except for a redeem code for a ea game for a special prize. I had the smae problem once, have tried to get refund for 2 months and only got some code for some failing game I could buy at a discount....

Btw, the support from the bfh site is broken. You have to contact them trough the ea site.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll try that, pretty mad about this though, why would they even let you be able to buy the same weapon twice?
