Wont let me acess forum pages

Im not quite sure if this is a bug or not but when ever i try to post a ned topic on the guides and new place i get this message

You do not have permission to access this page. This could be because of one of the following reasons: Your account has either been suspended or you have been banned from accessing this resource. You do not have permission to access this page. Are you trying to access administrative pages or a resource that you shouldn't be? Check in the forum rules that you are allowed to perform this action. You have accessed this page directly rather than using appropriate forms or link.




Anyone know what this means...

1. It was a forum topic that was taken down that you can no longer see.
2. Or a moderator post where nobody can reply to it.

Are you trying to reply to the topic about the update?

No-one can post in the guide section to prevent players spamming useless tripe there. Post your guide in the most appropriate section for it (if it's about a class, post it in the class section, if it's for newcomers, the newcomer section, if it's about how to make the best cheese on toast ever, the off-topic section, you get the idea hopefully) and then PM a C.Mod about having it moved to the guide section.
