Yeah, it can also be cheated, just as cheating is possible even through playing against someone. Well, cheating is possible anywhere but that's a close as you can get, I believe.

Anyways, I think it would be cool if the level ranking worked through a fixed pattern instead of rewarding players who play through time. There was something on... um.. madskill?madstaters? something about an overall system(Worked like ELO or similar).

I don't know what is worse, Admin abuses or players agreeing with that stupid comment: "admins can do what they want in their own server"

Of course they not! We are here to play! The most of us just pay funds, and we click in "Play Now option" and the game send us to the matches.

We are just players, Why EA just only rent your own servers? Without bullshits admins... Or, Give a punish for admin abuses.

getting kiked several times every evening why bother ? Instead of getting upset I just change server and continuing to play, and get that server on a no no list to join

It was madstatter.net, and it used to be run by MadBernieSkills. Basically it took all of your stats into account and gave you a "Utility" score, which basically measures your holistic score (by stats alone though).

It was a pretty good website, but Bernie doesn't play anymore afaIk, and last time I checked the site no longer exists.

I'm not saying I support the current rules but look from the economic point of view. The server provider would not make any money if it had to take back a few admins' rights to rent the server. The provider is dependent on its customers and doesn't have much of a choise when allowing this.
