when i'm trying to buy funds i first get the ammount like normal than the payment method as normal but than i get this message

also i can't make treads in some forums
please EA help me i wan't to buy the Halloween sets but i can't =S

After buying funds with creditcard 3times ,
I Get this and now i must use
Boku Sms to Get funds ._.

I hope they Will fix this
