I think a great idea to have next is a robin hood theme with Bows&arrows/crossbows with bows as a fast firing rifle and crossbows as the long range slow firing rifle, this would be great for Commandos and could expand on the swords/knights.

You've suggested something that's in the works... Check the gamefiles and you'll see crossbows for the Soldier (36 bolt SMG crossbow) and for the Gunner (120 bolt LMG crossbow).
