habilities bug for gunner

Hey guys,
Just wondering if you have the same problem when using ieg on your gunner. It seems it only last for a couple of seconds rather than the usual 10 seconds if you have 1 ability point on it. I don't eat the guet apen nor tank fire. I wonder why ? Its a bug ?

It's a nerf same thing with keg you can't slow enemies down when it's level 1 it lost it's radius and damage too.
