Please I Need Ur Help!

Its been 2 days since 1st May and i still cannot use my main account.The system will not log me in!I have even tired to post on EA's Help Center but i cant because my account is banned(as they say)...i HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOIN ON! I have also sumbited on the billing support but still nothing...EASY i pay for this game and i want to know whats wrong with my account.if i have done anything wrong at least tell me what it is...

Did you use the SMS eksploit? All people using that are getting banned without further notice.

VassiliZaitzevGR, I think we both have the same problem is it your saying that you can't play or something is wrong with your account because I have the same thing too

i dont know dude,my account is "RustyBuck" but since 1st May,19:45 cant log in.I heard about banning sms users too but if thats correct when am i gonna be able to play again???

If you want to open up a ticket go here--> http://www.battlefieldheroes.com/help/inquire
Choose billing support, then choose "I Have another billing issue"
Explain your problem there.
