Got this today. Be warned that the grenade launcher is pretty bad - the nades roll so you can't use it for jumping. I'm re-equipping the steel hand grenade. It's way better.

But, I got it for the 20% discount on funds, not the launcher...

I can't remember how many times I've read posts similar to this one. Sure the grenades roll, but all you have to do is aim at an angle, then let them all roll to the same spot, and the jumping is easy.

No offense, but you and other people who complain about it just need to learn to not be so lazy and WORK with change, not complain about it.

You say "no offense", but you call me lazy. Feels a lot like you meant offense. But, I guess if that's how it works then let me try:

No offense, but I'm pretty sure I saw your mom in the stalls working hard last night.

If you have to say 'no offense' before a statement you'd probably best not make the statement at all (or at least have the stones to forego the cowardly caveat). Saying no offense is like making a pre-apology; if you're planning on apologizing for something you're about to do just don't do it.
