i hear you, i've got the same problem.

I usually just get called a hacker when i jump and snipe or when i shoot through the tree-tops...

Hahaha, I was called hacker too because i killed one guy(sniper) 3 times at the same place. Knifed him 2 times and 1 kill by tt. Then he called me hacker and killed me with 2 headshots from 30m while I were invisible...Weird, don't u think?
