After our recent update performed on 2010/06/29 there were some unforeseen issues affecting several Widgets causing players to not receive them after purchasing them in the store. This issue has now been resolved and you can now buy your widgets with confidence. Players who have already purchased these widgets in the last 24 hours may have noticed the items disappearing from their Equipment Bar, or not being added to the hero's inventory. Additionally you made have noticed further attempts to purchase these widgets did not resolve the issue. Rest assured, you won’t lose your purchased items. We are actively working on a fix for the issue and we intend on making sure that all our heroes are properly compensated so that you are not left short handed out on the battlefield. |

Update 2010/07/01
Hello Heroes! We are happy to let you know that in the game update performed today (2010/07/01) we were able to crush this issue. Widgets that you purchased during this time but didn't receive, should automatically be added to your account and the hero you purchased them for. If that wasn't enough anyone who was active during this time will be getting a bonus 1000 VP added to their account for any widgets you might still need. Please note that while these processes are now in effect, it may take up to 24 hours for everything to show up in your accounts. |
