imageshack.US did work for me, else try to make a smaller and/or shorter version if the filesize is just to big.

A:Rename the .jar to "muggif.jar" and download the muggif.bat to the same directory, then start the muggif.bat by rightclick > "Run as Administrator".

Probably somewhere in Dowloads (depends on your OS) you'll find the .jar file.. run it!

rename the "0.4.3.jar" into "muggif.jar" and then doubleclick muggif.bat

I downloaded the file in the first post and it gave me an icon for an archive file containing four folders (core, gui, META-INF, and res). No jar file unless the archive is one in which what program do you use to open it as every time I try to force java.exe to open any of it it just opens and closes real fast.

Downloaded the muggif link and the java program from the link and I'm running Win XP Pro. If all else fails I'll wait for someone to mash it into an exe. Looks like it's a nice program for those it works for though.

If you can't even find a file you just downloaded then this isn't made for you. I don't think making GIFs like this could get an easier. Nils has really done a great job!
