IMO, Being a Sniper, stealth is useless, just leave it at level 1.
The reason being, when you shoot, you turn visible, with level 1 or level 5. No difference. And your (If your smart) Going to be far away from your target (Or atleast you should be...) When you snipe, and just max out ps to take them out quickly.

Just my 2 cents.

Do commandos get a speed boost in vehicles as well? I know they run faster. but sometimes it seems like my tanks move faster, too.

I can't belive you havent caught this yet Jester, but pistol/knifing is seemingly better at quick kills than a sniper rifle+ you can use the ability points in the ps to go to something else.... just my 2 cents.
