Outsmarted and killed a plane with a tank.

I joined a Sea Side skirmish match mid game. Starting on the Royals side, I hopped in a tank and started heading across the wheat field; completely exposed. It wasn't long before a plane began strafing me from behind.

I kept chugging along not taking any evasive action, just hoping the plane would pass over soon. But it didn't. It seemed like a helicopter was hovering behind me just plinking away at my armor. I decided to expedite it's passing.

I threw the tank in reverse; figured if I move towards the plane he'll pass by quicker. Just then the belly of Ecaroni's BF 109 scraped my turret as he flew over. If I hadn't started backing up he would have rear ended me. Instead the plane ended up right in front of me, dragging along the ground.

From point blank range I fired one shot into the back end of the air craft and blew it to smithereens. Lols ensued; and I felt pretty darn good right about then.

I have done the same thing twice The first time I was Holding the Nationals at their base (not basecamping, I was at their secondary base near the cliffs) And they constantly had planes hailing bullets down on me, making me use my precious wrenches. So one came from behind me, I turned around, and shot. Boom. The remnants of the plane gracefully glided over the grass. the second time, I was in the same place (I go there alot) And ANOTHER plane came from the same angle! So I turned around and shot, and the game crashed. Just as the tank shell exploded. The image froze there on the screen for about 5 seconds. It was awesome

once I jumped into a tank in the royal base and came around the building to see a National jump into the plane. I cruise onto the runway just as he starts speeding down the runway. He hits the side of my tank and explodes into a fireball.
