Lag spikes are a common problem on normal copmuters wich were not built to play video games. There are few programs that can boost your games eventually like GameBooster.

I just uninstalled GameBooster because it actually makes it slower rather then making it faster! It's horrible!

Well, I've fixed it now but I get a punkbuster 9005 error, Losing Key Packets.

Upgrade it to 4GB of RAM memory so Windows can work properly.
