I got different accounts and what you are saying just doesn't make sense
I've gotten a Lumber mill fur hat for my lv 11 gunner,a Inflatable safety penguin for my lv 16 royal mando,Road rangers wasted eye for my lv 16 royal mando again and the i'm watching you emote for my lv 20 nat mando.
It is just all random and the high levels 20+ do get these unlimited items aswell.
If your raging about something that is given free (the claw) that gives random rewards then you got a problem...

Even if you have the feeling that it's unfair because the item you got are bad, it actually is fair: EA is giving a free claw attempt per day to everyone.

Then it's all the random function, and this is never fair, some got luck some not.

I have the feeling that I get better picks on heroes that have "last game played" further the past, but I guess it's just a random behavior.

Its quite fair, atleast from my experience, when looking at Freeloader/Lowlevel vs Payer/Highlevel. Ive gotten 3 on my main account (this one) and 5 on alts, though 1 on one and 4 on another (0 on a third). As drew already stated, many people have alts just for spamming the claw (my alts were actually made for the P4F beta), as such it seems like alot of low levels are getting the free stuff, which they are, but most of those accounts rarely get played. i never thought that higer levels have less chances in the claw. is it official that it's like that? because i've already gotten 3 unlimited items on my 20+ chars, but only 1 unlimited on an alternative acc with lvl 1-5.
if it's not official, i think that you're just being paranoid

Its free and is probably designed to encourage new players to carry on playing and start buying stuff themselves. You lizards need to stop moaning all the time. EA is a business not a charity and as such are here to make money, not give you cry babies a bunch of freebies that you don't deserve.
